…Our Story
Elite205 is the newest youth track and field organization based out of Spring Brach, Texas, and is recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Established in July of 2024 by Dr. Tiffany James, Elite205 was birthed from a desire to provide local youth a safe space to flourish as student athletes while helping them to realize their full potential through hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Living by the quote that “In the heart of every young person lies the potential for greatness”, it is our hope that the sport of track & field will bring this realization to fruition.
The Elite205 Track Club coaches are highly trained, credentialed coaches and former athletes. Coach Tiffany is an Alabama multi-state champion who specialized in the 100m and 300m hurdles, as well as part of the Class 6A state record holders for the 4x100m that still stands. Tiffany vacillated on where to continue her collegiate career as she wanted to remain close to home, and ultimately decided to compete for Division 1, The University of South Alabama. Unfortunately, she sustained a career-ending hip injury that took her on a different path. Tiffany is a US Marine and Army veteran, that ultimately pursed her doctorate and settled with her beautiful family in the San Antonio, Metropolitan area. She coaches running and jumps.
Dorian James is an Army Veteran, former body builder, and personal trainer. His expertise in strength and conditioning is far reaching. Dorian’s expertise and he has a history of producing top competitors that extend beyond track & field. Dorian’s focus will be on field events, specifically, throws.
2024 was truly special for us, as we began coaching our babies as unattached athletes! Yes, our very own princess, Kaari, who along with her amazing big brother, were our first two athletes. Both had an outstanding season, which culminated into the Junior Olympics for Kaari in the long jump! Dorian and I look forward to fostering and mentoring the youth that we are blessed to coach and thank you as parents for allowing us this opportunity.
